Cloudiness In Eyes, Eyes Tearing, Headache. History Of Glaucoma. Taking Symbicort

My husband has been having problems with his eyes since Dec. 2012. He already had glaucoma, but all of a sudden he started having cloudiness, headaches, his eyes tearing all the time and it feels like he's looking under water, and two and a half months ago started having tinnitus very loud ringing. He has been on Symbicort for about a year now and all this started there after.
