Cause For The Swelling In The Eye?

I have been having problems with my eyes for almost 8 months now. The top portion of my eys are swollen to the extreme every morning when I wake up. During the day they goes down a little, but the worst the when I just wake up. Its just the top of my eyes. When I laydown I feel a like I can feel the blood going thru my eyes. I can even expalin mthe sensation. but no pain. I've seen An eye specialist also a Ocologist and they said that I have no eye health problem. what can be the cause of these swelling of my eyes. I am desperate for help. Thank uou so much

Swelling in upper portion of does not explain the exact portion of eye. First eye examination is to be completed. Vision, refraction, fundus examination IOT, To be recorded If every thing is normal then systemic disease like hypertension, diabetes to be ruled out. Renal function test may also be done. It will give some indication towards diagnosis.
