Cause For The Lump At The Top Of The Rib?
Been there since I can remember doesn t bother me so never bothered looking into it but when I stretch there s a possibility that a lump pops out about an inch away from my diaphragm, comes out on top of my ribs and can cause a lot of pain if I leave it and starts twitching/pulsing, I have to physically push the lump off the front of my ribs and just seems to dissappear till next time. Any ideas what it could be?

Reviewed your query details.You seems to have Epigastric Ventral Hernia,as it comes when you stretch and pops out with pulsations in it.
This is due to defect in the linea alba of the recturs sheath and through which the contents of abdomen herniate through it.
