Can You Provide 1200 Calorie Complete Menu Plan That Doesn T Include Raw Crunchy Foods?

I have been without teeth for a few years. I can t afford dentures and have so many things I would like to eat but have become use to not being able to. I can eat a lot that I never expected to, but that s not my question. My question is, I need a 1200 calorie complete menu plan, that doesn t put in raw crunchy foods, one that is balanced and healthy. Can you help me?

hi,
Thank you for your query, i understand your concern and i am glad to be of some help. Considering you are above 50 yrs and you weigh moderately, i would suggest you to follow a menu which is balanced , rich in calcium and iron as old age results in loss of calcium and iron more than other parameters.
1200 calorie menu can include :
for breakfast - include milk 1 cup,22-3 slices brown bread with jam (1-2 spoon)
breakfast cereal of your choice with milk (1bowl)
one seaonal fruit of your choice or juice of same fruit.
for lunch - a mixed vegetable salad (cook to make it soft) 1 bowl
1 bowl of rice (slightly overcooked to make it soft)
1 bowl of cooked sprouts / grams
1 apple (mashed)
evening snacks- biscuits/ bread dipped in coffee/ tea/ milk

for dinner - you can follow the lunch menu or exchange it for sandwiches, salads with more of lettuce, tomatoes and green vegetables, 1 cup of milk at night is optional.
If you are a non-vegetarian you can modify your diet accordingly with salmon, softly cooked meat (1 serving) for lunch or dinner.
Along with the above diet calcium and iron supplementation tablets prove helpfull at you age.

Try the above diet and please feel free to write back to me if you need changes.
wish you good health.
