Can Vitamin And Potassium Deficiency Cause Vision Impairment?

Ideas for diagnosis for 33 year old mother of two experiencing impaired vision (vision checked out and is 20/15), slight B12 deficiency, slight potassium deficiency, slightly elevated BP, and tingling in hands and feet. Cat scan and MRI both were free of any problems.

b12 deficiancy should not cause vision impairment.refraction should be done.and any problem should be corrected.vit a deficiancy can cause xerosis can result in night blindness.since all other test are normal so need not be worried. can take second opinion for the problem symptomatic treatment can be given. electrolyte deficiancy can be compensated.

no there is no such possibility. refraction can be done and if error detected it should be duly corrected. electrolyte imbalance should be compensated.with supliment. vit a deficiency can cause xerosis and night blindness.
