Can Truncal Vagotomy Lead To Blurred Vision?

I had a truncal vegatomy five years ago. I am having eye floaters. They come suddenly and cause blurred vision. My dumping syndrome causes me to have extreme glucose swings. Are my eye problems because of my surgery? Is there a suppliment I am lacking?
