My daugter is only 4. She suffers from crossed eyes till she was only about 1. she has got poor vision she wears glassed +8 & +9. doing her treatment at the hospital. No improvement till how. does she needs a surgery. Pl advise

her age is 4 and you are informing about crossed eye. she is hypermetropic. out of two eys it is to be diagnosed which is dominant eye and by cover test the type of squint you have to con consult squint surgeon about the eye to be operated.she is to be subjected to forceful vision of weak eye so the vision will improve. squint will also be correctedthen the both eyes can be open. this is possible till she is 9years old. after that one eye will have amblyopia which will not improve.
