Can Syndopa,preva And Pacitane Causes Irrelevant Talks Who Is 90 Years?

my father is under medication and is taking syndopa 110 [1/2 tablet thrice a day] preva as 120 once a day and pacitane [twice a day]. He is 90 yrs. Since yesterday he started talking irrelevant things and has not slept the whole night despite taking 2 tablets of trica 0.5. Kindly advice.....

From your description it sounds like your father has Parkinson's disease and is on several medications to control his tremor. These medications can cause confusion as a side effect. He could also be developing dementia associated with his Parkinson's disease.

I would recommend discussing these changes with his neurologist to help control his Parkinson's and help with his confusion. he could change his medication doses, switch his medication or even add medication to reduce his confusion and help sleep.
