Can Surgery Treat Grade A Varecocele?

Dear Sirs I am Ashok from trichy, suffering from varecocele A grade sice one year onwards.Pain not reducing even though using medicines,Can I go for surgery?b seimen count 44 in last month. How much cost for surgeru ? with surgery can i get goog result or not? Now I am unable to walk properly. pain is left side. rarely coming right side also. What is my position? Dont hasitate to give possittive reply. Thanking you

Hi,

You need to get evaluated with ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and scrotum to look into the varicocele.

If it has worsened or is it the same. If the scan suggests the varicocele is persistent or has worsened better to get surgery done. Laparoscopic surgery is available for these type of conditions and results are good.

Once the surgery is done can get the semen analysis done after 6 weeks to know the results and to look for improvement post procedure.
