Can Strong Vaginal And Urine Odor While On Indwelling Public Catheter Mean UTI?
I am a quadriplegic and have had an indwelling pubic catheter for 20 years. For the past week, I have had strong urine odor, green urine, very strong vaginal odor and tired all the time. Should I be checked for possible UTI? I take one Bactrim daily and have for more than six months.

Definitely need to check the urine for microscopy and culture. WHen was the catheter changed last ? Is your catheter passed from the perineal area or from the area above the pubic bone .
