Respected Sir, surgery is not at all advisable for only hearing insects flying noise, yes clinical correaltion of blocked neck veins with evident reports are to be on hand for 100% guidance, but regarding his age, diabetes and heart BP problems I would vote for strong side of non-surgical management and even if you have to take decision you have to evaluate it in terms of possibility of success outcomes verses risk considered. thanks, regards
