Can Protein Supplement Cause Nose Bleeding?

hi docter, i'm 19 years 5'7" / 145 lbs , currently i'm doing gym and having nearly 300 gram protein per day ( most of it come from whey protein and gain mass supplement) , and my nose is keep bleeding for 3 days during night, is it protein that cause this bleeding ? thanks in advance

I had gone through the case and found that epistaxis(nose bleeding) is not due to protein supplement. It might be due increase in blood pressure.

So check the blood pressure before and after exercise and also at night. After that take proper treatment.
