Can Pregnancy Be The Reason For The Lump On The Thigh?

I have this bump like thing in my inner thighs(I m over weight so my legs rub together)its kind of hard but when I barley squeezed it a brownish liquid came out its a redish purple color. I have about two. I have no STDs or anything along those lines. I am pregnant so I m not sure if it has to do with that or what? But if have any idea what it might be and how to remove it would really help thank you very much I hope to hear soon. :)

Hi,
It seems that this might be friction lesion giving this problem.
Due to over weight and pregnancy it might have given more friction leading to soreness and some infection.
Clean the local part and apply antibiotic cream.
Try to walk with legs a bit apart to avoid more friction and irritation.
During pregnancy keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
