Can Passionflower Tea Be Consumed To Overcome Sleeplessness While On Aspirin, Micardis And Thyroid Medication?

Hi trying to find something to help me sleep.I was using benedryl but heard it can contribute to dementia so stopped this. Tried melatonin 1mg and had bad hangover effect and couldn t focus my eyes for a while hard to believe right. I m allergic to many things so cautious in trying herbs. I just bought Passionflower tea any contraindications when taking this? On aspirin, Micardis, thyroid meds, SAM-E and Crestor.I am a heart patient.Thoughts?Thanks.

Passionflower tea is very rich in antioxidants. So it is good for health. No need to worry about side-effects or drug interactions.

In my opinion, you should also consult a psychiatrist because the most common cause of sleep disturbances is stress and anxiety.

So consult a psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.

Try to identify the stressor in your life and start working on its solution.

You may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
