Can Nurokind Gold Prevent Neuro Damage?

i am diabetic for the last 4 years my present readings before food 240 and after food 290 using homeo mediciens theoropatics my age 58 years since 2 months i am daily taking 1 nurokind gold tab. my doctor says this should be life long to be taken daily one tab. as it will prevent neoro damage . is it correct or can you tell me how nurokind gold will help in my condition. some times i get foot and hands burning in midnight.
