Can Intake Of Chia Seeds Cause Unusual Odor In Urine?
For 2 days I ve had a very pungent and unusual odor in my urine. The urine doesn t really look any different, maybe a bit cloudier than I try to keep it by drinking water. The only thing I ve done differently in these days is to begin eating Chia seeds and i have taken a generic form of benedryl. Any thoughts... I don t think I have an infection...

I don't think seeds or syrup would cause pungent odour in urine.
Do u have frequency or urgency in passing urine. Get Urine routine and culture to rule out infection in urine. If there,treat it with culture sensitive antibiotics. Urine routine will give an idea of the cause.
