Can Homeopathy Cure Severe Conductive Hearing Loss?

I am 43 years old and currently diagnosed as having severe conductive loss in my left ear and recommended to go for CO2 laser Stapedotomy surgery. My question is, is the surgery mandatory or does the Homeopathy cures this disorder without any surgery?

Hi thank you for querry,
as you mentioned your symptoms and diagnosed a case of conductive hearing loss,
you first now the problem there are small bones called malius,incus and stapes inside the ear their proper movement with sounds give us the sense of hearing if they are not moving properly we can,t hear so operation required to get them back in normal movent for the purpose of hearing so if stapes end plate is fix than laser stapedotomy required,
no cure with medicine either alopathic or homeopathic.
