Can History Of Urethral Stenosis Lead To Delayed Period Or Is It A Result Of PCOS And Hypothyroidism?

i am 41 years. having hypothyrodism since sep 2013. having pcod. now my periods is delyed this time. LMP mar5h. usually i get by 29th day. what shld i do. taking med for urinary emergency. had undergone uretheral stenosis in nov 2013/ diagonised trigonitus.

I really appreciate your concern, the given history here suggestive of two different conditions and these are nothing to take with each other one is your urinary tract problem and second is your delayed of menses and poly cystic ovaries these are not related with each other and need to be managed separately, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
