my wife age is 34.weight 61 kg. ht 164 cm. 14th day took usg: follicular study, results Dominant follicle right ovary in cm(0.7X 0.5), Dominant follicle left ovary: no follicle and Endometrial Thickness is 5mm. what to follow to improve its growth?
