Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dryness of the eyes are one of the symptoms of Sjogren's syndrome but you don't have any other symptom so why bother about it. The dryness that you are experiencing in your eyes look like side effect of Botox injection. Botox inj can cause dryness of mouth, eye dryness, itchy eyes, irritation in the eyes, increased photosensitivity, inflammation of cornea. Report the problem to the treating doctor so that the dose can be monitored , it can be stopped or substituted with some other medication that suits you better. In the meantime you can take food rich in omega 3 fatty acids, carrots, vitamin A visit ER & get your eyes checked for any inflammation or infection. You may need some NSAIDS or eye-drops for relieve. Keep yourself well hydrated & sleep well. Give relaxation to your eyes as much as you can.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
