Can Dieting Result In Dark Under Eyes And Sickness?
I have about dieted for 2 months now since I started with it, I felt sick when I get up, it becomes the black eyes and when I was in a shop before so I got a pain in the left debt leaves and started screaming o cry, my parents say it has to do with blood sugar, but what s wrong with me?

Dieting can cause dark under eyes. This is because of dehydration, not sleeping properly and loss of subcutaneous fat.
Drink minimum 3l of water. Drink lemon juice or orange juice daily.This is a must. You can use undereye cream whatever brand you like if you want. You can continue your diet. Do exercise if you want to lose weight, don't go on crash diet. While dieting you may get stomach pain, this is because of ulcers due to irregular eating habits. Add fruits to your meal. Eat small and frequent meals. Do not skip meals.
