Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It's not safe to take Instaflex Advanced while suffering from kidney failure.

Instaflex Advanced is a natural dietary supplement product, formulated to offer joint support. It functions well in lubricating your joints, thus assisting in stiffness reduction while increasing joint movement and flexibility.

It contains Glucosamine sulfate, Hyaluronic acid, Methylsulfonylmethane, Turmeric root extract, Ginger root extract, Boswellia serrata extract, White willow bark extract and cayenne fruit.

Cayenne fruit and white willow extract have both been linked to serious health conditions, especially when taken over long periods of time. Kidney failure has been seen in some cayenve fruit and white willow bark consumers due to the reduced blood flow to the organs.

It is not recommended that anyone with pre-existing kidney diseases consume any products containing white willow bark and cayenne fruits.

She can take multivitamins like vitamin D, E and vitamins B complex after consulting her doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
