I have mild redness in the eye due mild some physical impact on the eye . Can I use milflox DM drops?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness of eyes following injury by tip of the tube while applying gentel gel.
The injury would have caused corneal or conjunctival abrasion. Milflox Dm eye drops contains steroid in the form of dexamethasone and it should not be used as it may lead to infection of the abrasion.
However you can use only milflox without dexamethasone.
