Can I Get Sexually Infected Through An Open Wound On My Scrotum?
Dear doctor,
I cut myself with my hair trimmer on my scrotum (on the right side). I had a small open wound (around 2 to 4 mm). Later and after 9 hours I had protected sex with a sex worker twice (one vaginale and one anal). The open wound was not bleeding but I can still see the wound with a little blood.
Is there any risk of getting any STD like HIV knowing that my open wound (not sure) might have had in contact with the vaginale or anal fluid ?
Also I was wondering if the scrotum (right side) can get in contact with the vaginale fluid knowing the sex worker was on top of me ?

open wounds increase chance of disease transmission but this risk is very low unless there is bigger bleeding wound,but in every case you should avoud sexual intercourse while having such sore
