Can I Get Affected With HIV After Using A Used Vibrator?

Hi, just a month ago, I was masturbating. I was also curious about how the vibrator that my mom had in her drawer, so I used it. I didn t insert it or anything and it was only there for less than 2 minutes because I didn t like the way it felt. Anyways, while using it, I had a paper towel, folded into fours placed over my vagina. Also, it seemed like the vibrator haven t been used in a very long time. Am I prone to get HIV from that? I heard virus doesn t survive very well when it s outside the body. Plus, my mom isn t infected or anything.

No there are many factors suggest that you are free from hiv. Because most imp is your mother is not infected if you are sure then no chance of infection. Second thing is virus also not survive out side the body environment. And you use it but no direct contact so no chance of infection. Be relaxed. Dont worry.
