can the HPV shot make my period late, and ever since i got the shot iv ben haveing suver stumic pains ..and the last 2 weeks iv been sick with the throwing up fealing and head is killing me dose that have to do with the shot and is it a bad thing that my stumic has ben hurting very badly ever since i got that shot ...

HPV is not related to these side effects. These may be related to some other infections or some hormonal problems causing late periods.
