Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

Res Docter. I had first exposure with prostitute on 26 may 2017.protected vaginal and unprotected Oral before putting condon i had insert my penneis into her vagina for 30 seconds now i am scared of hiv.i went to one docter he told first encounter is very less risky its true.please mail me doc i am married 2 years son

Oral sex have low risk for HIV to get transmitted.Chances are more negligible if you donot have any sexually transmitted disease like presence of ulcers over genitals.
Main transmission routes are
-Unprotected sexual intercourse
-Blood transfusion
-intravenous drug abuse.
However,it will be better if you test yourself for HIV antibody after 3 months of exposure to be on safer side.Though chance of getting infected is less.
-Avoid high risk sexual behaviours.
