Last week i have gone to bankok and thare i had a deep kissing with a call girl and at that time my upper lips cut and bleed after that i have one kiss to that girl . I dont know that girl have HIV or not or his mouth bleeding or not . Is ther any chane to get infected with hiv
HIV concentration is highest in blood. So, if mucous membrane or broken skin comes into contact with HIV positive blood than HIV can spread. Otherwise, it is not spread commonly through saliva. You already have cut in the upper lip, so if that lady is also having soreness or cut in mouth than you might contract her blood and HIV can spread.
You can investigate with combo HIV test by CMIA that detect both p24 antigen and gp41 antibody (after 3 to 4 weeks of exposure).
