Can HIV Be Contracted Through Anal Sex?

Hii sir i had anal sex with a boy ( i dont know whos hiv status) 4 years ago Now i have tested for hiv rapid test 9-10 time its all come negative Now i white tongue white spot in cheeks and swelling lymph nodes So sir my ques is that what i consider these test conclusive or i am free from hiv or not And about more further testing

As per NACO guidelines if HIV rapid (antigen-antibody duo) test comes negative at 12 weeks of exposure then results are considered as conclusive and no further testing is advised.

So stop worrying about that avoid such intercourse in future.
