Blood In Urine, Just Finished Periods. Doing Spinning Exercise. Anything To Worry?

I have blood in my urine.. At first it started out as just a streak of blood (pee still hasn't been tainted with blood and does not hurt) within 2 hours or so I had to pee frequently and this time it stings and the pee is bloody with blood mostly coming at the end of the pee (about the time when it stings badly as well). Just finished my period and I'm also doing spinning exercise .. Should I be alarmed with this or would cranberry juice work?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..
It could be a UTI..
Take plenty of fluids and with your doctor's advice start with an antibiotic..
You can take potassium citrate syrup to reduce the burning sensation while passing urine..
Take care..
