Bad Headache At The Back Of Head And Center. History Of Having A Tooth Due For Extraction, But Not Following Up. Any Connections?

Hello doctor, I have a tooth that needs to br extracted but since its roots were strong the dctor asked me if I were ro save it. I did root canal but I didnt follw up as I was ill. So I left the tooth as it iss as it did not hurt. Now I am having bad headaches for the past few weeks. It attacks at the back of my head and center. Do you reckon its due to my tooth??

Hi,
Head ache has got multiple causes from simple to most complex ones.
This one which you are experiencing is not related to tooth problem. The pain due to tooth problem is usually found in the jaws or in the anterior part of the face.
As you have mentioned in history that head ache you are experiencing is in the back of the head, this is unlikely to be related with tooth problem.
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for further evaluatiion and treatment.
Thank you
