Are There Any Interactions Between Clonazepam And Zoloft?

I have a sleep disorder something to do with the receptors in my brain. When I sleep I am in my dreams and not sleeping. I've had a sleep study done & I have sleep apnea. I am using a machine at night. Clonazepam is the medication I am taking. Does it have any side effects with Zoloft?

Hello,

There is no interaction between Clonazepam and Sertraline (Zoloft). They can be used together.

They can both cause sedation as a side effect, so if you are feeling drowsy should consider their added effect as a possible cause.

But there are no direct interactions between the two, can be used together.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olsi Taka, Neurologist
