Are Persistent Headaches Due To Stress?

I woke up 2 years ago to 1 headache, has never left,it has let up some but not enough to get much relief. Have had every test done possible.Doctors and specialists have given me tons of muscle relaxers, anti depressants, and pain pills. Nothing has worked or helped. Go to a chiropractor every week but doesnt help at all. Tried every pill over the counter but doesnt help. Tried yoga and exercise, lifting arm weights does make it worse. Everyone says I'm too hyper and I no I cant relax, I'm not much of one to get alot of sleep either. Doctors say that the headaches are due to tension and stress. Help!
