Are Coughing And Red Bumps On Tongue Signs Of Strep Infection?

My daughter s got a cough, checked her throat and her tongue has big red bumps on the back of it and she s got allot of saliva. I just found out her little brother has strep and she was around him all day yesterday. It s it just a could? Could she have strep? Or could it be something else?

there are high chances of it as strep infection is a very contagious one,,
do get her investigated for the same and give her appropriate treatment...
