Are Cough And Testicular Discomfort Signs Of HIV Infection?
HI DOCTOR 15 DAYS BACK I HAD BEEN ON A VISIT TO CHINA.I FELT EXCITED THERE AND CALLED UPON A PROSTITUTE. I HAD NO SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH HER. I SUCKED HER BREAST BUT THERE WAS NO BREAST MILK. ALL THE TIME I KEPT MY UNDERWEAR ON. SHE WAS COMPLETELY NAKED. I KEPT RUBBING MY TOOL OVER HER ASS WITH MY UNDERWEAR ON. FINALLY I ASKED HER TO SHAG ME OFF WITH HER HANDS BY SLIDING HER HAND INSIDE MY UNDERWEAR. NOW I FEEL VERY INSECURE THAT I MIGHT HAVE CAUGHT HIV. I AM A PATIENT OF ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. SINCE THE SYMPTOMS OF HIV AND ANKYLOSING ARE SOMEWHAT SAME I AM MORE IN DILEMNA. I FEEL SOME DISCOMFORT IN MY TESTICLES AND PENIS TIP.HAVING SOME WHITE COUGH AND DRY NOSE.SOME COUGHING ALSO.HOWEVER I AM ALLERGIC AND COUGHING REMAINS WITH ME ROUND THE YEAR. I AM MARRIED AND AFRAID OF HAVING SEX WITH MY WIFE LEST I SHOULD PASS THE VIRUS TO HER. PLS HELP ME AS I AM GOING TO DIE WITHT
As per the situation explained by you, there seems to be no exchange of body fluids, and if the situation explained is true, then the chances of HIV infection is negligible.
However, please keep in mind that the behavior was highly risky, and you can visit an ICTC (Integrated counseling and testing center) to get your self tested and get rid of your tension. If you have much anxiety, practice safe sex with your wife also.
