Any Suggestion For Unable To Sleep During Night Though Feel Sleepy?

I can t sleep well for the last 4 days,I ve been awake for almost whole night and then I go to school early.So now I am somehow afraid of night and the time of sleeping knowing the fact that I won t be able to sleep.I m sleepy,but when I go to bed I just can t sleep because I m thinking about that I HAVE TO SLEEP and that scares me,please reply soon as you can,thank you.

I can understand your concerns.
I think you should follow some sleep hygiene tips:
Avoid daytime naps.
Donot take tea coffe alcohol and fatty meal at bedtime.
Follow a regular bedtime schedule.
Associate your bed with sleep and donot keep lying on bed idly for reading books or watching tv.
If you donot get to sleep within half hour of lyibg onto bed, leave the bed and take a light walk around in your balcony.
Take a glass of warm milk and take warm water bath before going to bed.

If this does not help, sleep inducing drugs like ativan or zolfresh (prescription drugs) can be taken.
