Dear Patient,
Thank you very much for your question. According to WHO guidelines, HIV antibody test following 3 months of post exposure can confirm your HIV status. Also now most laboratories perform 4th generation HIV Combo test which detects both antibodies for HIV-1 and HIV-2 and p-24 antigen for HIV-1 has even narrowed down the window period for diagnosing HIV-1 infection. Therefore, negative result you gained confirm your HIV status. Negative result following 6 months after exposure again confirm that you are not infected even using the old HIV tests which have been replaced now by modern antibody tests. Therefore, do not worry. You are not infected and totally HIV free.
Your persistent worrying shows me that you have an anxiety disorder. Visit your family doctor and ask how to deal with your anxiety. He will help you. Again about your HIV status, you are negative and totally fine. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
Good luck!

yes you are safe.Always have single partner and try using protection like condom.Risk of transmission depends on viral load of partner as well. And rate of transmission for intercoarse is less than 1%.so Need not worry. Thanks for asking.Regards.
