Hello,

1. Possibilities of pregnancy can not be ruled out. Get a home pregnancy test done.
2. Generally, a home pregnancy test is useful after a missed period.
3.If bowel and urine related complaints are not felt. Then you need to get an ultrasound abdomen pelvis to get done.
4. It helps to identify the cause of pain and if there is any pregnancy ( no radiation - safe test)
5. So Get an appointment and get the needful investigations done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ganesh
