In attachment photo bp is 174 and pulse rate 118.

This blood pressure and pulse rate in higher than normal. Are you checking it regularly? Can you send me readings on other days?

Anyways, we have to control this BP. If I had seen you in clinic I would have given you an antihypertensive medicine right away to bring it down. There is a high risk of complications with higher BP.

If it was a one time reading and has come down by itself, then you need to have lifestyle measures so that it stays in normal range of less than 140/95.

Lifestyle measures can include taking less salt, avoiding salty foods completely, taking more fruits and vegetables, doing regular exercise of atleast 30min a day.
