The reports are normal and there is no need for medicine for cholesterol. Rosudac is prescribed in your prescription, but its not needed. You can control the triglyceride levels with diet modification and regular exercise.
In diet modification you need to reduce the intake of fatty foods like cake, pastries, shakes, ice cream, sweets.
Tab Neurobion can be continued as it is a water soluble vitamin.
