Since I get the question an hour after it was asked, the peak time of danger is likely past.
Most anti-depressants, including this one, have some of the highest safety margins of any prescribed drugs.

The difference between the effective dose and the dangerous one is quite a large difference. Still... this is almost 100 times the minimal dose that works.
As per the literature, while saying that this drug is quite safe even in overdoses has NO reports at doses even close to this.

Furthermore, the main risk of anti-depressants is due to interactions with other medications and with underlying heart conduction variations/abnormalities.

So, it is a clear case of when information is lacking to go with a safe course and go immediately to the hospital for monitoring of EKG and organ function.

Without an exam, I can only give general information, but to be on the safer side, clinical examination recommended.
