Brief Answer:
It may be an emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

If your chest pain came while you were walking, climbing stairs or doing activity, you should go to the local emergency room to do an ECG test, so they can check what is going on.
This might be an emergency.

If You have chest pain when you pres on your chest, the pain may come from the conections between the muscles and the oncetions of the joints/ribs. In this case taking an Ibuprofen 400 mg when the pain bothers you, it is helpful.

If you have other details of information you would like to share with me about your chest pain, I would be happy to help, so feel free to ask for a follow up question.

Regards.
