Hello

No treatment is generally required in individual who remain asymptomatic. As the valve is structurally abnormal so to prevent or slow down the degenerative process some medications like ACE inhibitors are prescribed.

However if the patient develops symptoms like shortness of breath, giddiness or loss of consciousness then scenario changes.

Ultimate treatment is to get the valve replaced and put a prosthetic valve.
