Brief Answer:
ECG shows ventricular extrasystole, needs further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Shrikant,

I have studied the attached ECG and it shows abnormal heart beat which is called ventricular extrasystole.

This could indicate some underlying pathology in the heart and needs further testing.

The best test for such rhythm anomalies is 24 hour ambulatory ECG (Holter monitoring).

2D echo is also strongly advised.

Electrophysiological study is also required.

Please consult a cardiologist and proceed further.

As for prognosis, it depends on the underlying problem and once you revert with the test results I will be in a better position to guide you further.

Best regards
