Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern

The thoracic cage is compound of the lungs the heart between then is area called mediastinum .All of them are surrounded by the ribs

The result of this chest is ray means that there's no infection no liquid in your lungs. The heart and the mediastinum size is normal and the ribs are in a normal shape and size too.

As a conclusion this is a normal chest x-ray of yours.
