Question: please guide for prognosis for sarcoidosis in this case
54 yrs./ F, operated for chin tumour in Dec 2017, histopathology report attached.

Noted the reports and understood the concerns.
Histopathological report indicate more towards sarcoidosis.
Sarcoidosis has no definite treatment and hence it is difficult to know the further prognosis.
Symptomatic treatment is advocated if patient develops any symptoms.
In short, a regular follow up by your treating Doctor and management as needed is key to a better prognosis.
