Question: over the pask week ive been developing something on the bottom of my foot. its becoming more and more painful. it feels like a small bump like maybe a wart. its sore to the touch. it doesnt hurt to walk in shoes, but is painful to walk in bare feet. Its maybe 1/8%E2%80%9D in diamitter. Do you have any idea what it is?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I believe it can be a wart. The skin is dry not red and not damaged and no cut is seen.
I think you can find in pharmacy some kind of plaster that contains salicylic acid and is used to treat it.
You can find it over the counter in pharmacy.
Put it for a week or so.
Also wear wide and comfortable shoes.
