Brief Answer:
Plaque psoriasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and viewed the image.

I can see red scaly patches/ plaques. This seems like psoriasis vulgaris. I suggest her to use a moisturizer daily. In addition I suggest her to use a potent topical steroid ointment e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% or betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% ointment, twice daily over the patches. Psoriasis is itchy therefore she may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
