Brief Answer:
It can be a viral pharyngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are most likely suggestive of an episode of upper respiratory tract infection likely viral or bacterial pharyngitis. You may be having additional gastritis or acids reflux which will make the symptoms worse and makes your throat more dry.
As of now, you can take over the counter available analgesics like paracetamol for symptomatic relief. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated as dehydration can make you feel weak and dizzy.
Do warm saline gargles or gargling with povidone iodine mouth solution will help you to recover from throat discomfort.
You can continue acid reflux medicines prescribed by your local physician.
If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and plan for a throat swab.
