Brief Answer:
Get tested for diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you are having may be related to hypoglycaemia, low blood sugar and if symptoms improve after having a sugar drink or candy confirms it.
It is more common in people with diabetes that are treated with insulin. Also if you don't have diabetes this episode may be related to reactive hypoglycaemia overproduction of insulin after a meal. This may be an early sign of diabetes.
You should get tested for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels, post prandial glucose levels and HbA1c. Also do biochemical blood balance.

Hope I have answered the question.
